On December 26, the Municipal Party Committee held the Digital Baoding Construction Promotion Conference and the 26th County (City, District) Party Committee Secretary Dynamic Assessment Monthly Review Meeting. Dang Xiaolong, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended and delivered a speech, Wu Xianguo, President of the Provincial Digital Economy Federation, gave a lecture, and Yan Jihong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Li Yanqing, chairman of Yonghong Machinery Group,l speech entitled "Digital Empowerment Enterprise Transformation and Upgrading, Promoting the Advancement of the Machinery Industry and "Number"", which was highly valued by Dang Xiaolong, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Yan Jihong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of the Municipal Party Committee, and Wu Xianguo, President of the Provincial Digital Economy Federation.

At the meeting, Dang Xiaolong, secretary of the municipal party committee, proposed to increase the publicity of Yonghong and publicize Yonghong's digitalization. Wu Xianguo, president of the Provincial Digital Economy Federation, gave a lecture on "Rediscuss the Transformation and Upgrading of the County Economy, Scenarios Promote Transformation, and Brand Driven Upgrades", and mentioned that Yonghong's digital development is a case of scene driving transformation.

Yonghong's development has gone through two butterfly changes, from a steel casting plant that can only produce wear-resistant parts in 1997 to an enterprise that can produce a variety of casting equipment such as molding machines, pouring machines, sand treatment equipment, and post-treatment equipment,which realized the first butterfly transformation from wear-resistant parts to casting equipment production.

In 2017, an industrial Internet company, Baoding Qingchuang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., was established to deeply cultivate in the fields of mechanical automation control, network technology and Internet of Things to help more small and medium-sized enterprises achieve transformation and upgrading. From the digital transformation of traditional enterprises to the opening of new digital tracks, this has entered the second butterfly transformation.

02Benefit from digitalization

In 2020, the company insisted on independent research and development and established an intelligent warehousing system, which was docked with the ERP system, and greatly shortened the lag period of raw materials and solved the problems of low management efficiency, high input costs, and improper preservation of goods caused by environmental abnormalities. Since the operation of intelligent three-dimensional storage for more than a year, it has saved the company about 2 million yuan.

Yonghong has been authorized more than 50 patents, and 3 technical achievements have achieved the international advanced level, and 4 technical achievements have successively won the first, second and third prizes of Baoding Science and Technology Progress Award.

In 2020, we will cooperate with the college of Electronic and Information Engineering of Hebei University, Hebei Baoqing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu XCMG Information Technology Co., Ltd. to prepare for the establishment of Hebei Intelligent Casting Industrial Technology Research Institute, build a high-level scientific and technological innovation platform, and improve the independent innovation ability of regional industries.

The development of Yonghong is inseparable from the strong support of the Mancheng District Party Committee and the district government. With the government, Yonghong's road forward will be broader.
